Q: What if my frame is bent?

A: Modern cars and trucks are equipped with frames and unibodies that are meant to bend in a collision as a safety mechanism. We have computerized measuring systems and repair equipment to make any correction needed. If we feel the frame or unibody is too badly damaged we have the equipment to replace all, or part, or your frame or unibody. After repair or replacement to your frame or unibody is complete, a computerized four wheel alignment is performed and a diagnostic report is printed affirming precise alignment.

Q: Will my paint match?

A: We guarantee that our paint will match and will not fade as long as you own your car. We use water based color coats and urethane clear coats identical to the factory. We then bake the finish in our paint booth to insure the repair will match your original finish in color, texture and durability.

Q: Is my repair guaranteed?

A: Yes, repairs are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car.

Q: What if the accident wasn't my fault, who's insurance should I use?

A: You have the option of having your carrier settle your claim at no charge to you, or letting the at fault party's carrier settle the claim. We feel some insurance companies are easier to deal with for all parties depending on circumstances, and that could mean a quicker turnaround on your repair. If asked, we will be happy to help.

Q: The insurance company said I have to use their shop, can I still have you repair my car?

A: Yes, by California state law you have the right to take your car to the repair facility of your choice at no extra cost to you. Some insurance companies partner with shops that agree to use after market, or non original parts. We will only partner with insurance companies that allow us to use original factory parts.

A: After estimate and teardown are complete, we will call you with an estimated completion date. You will be updated regularly as repairs proceed. If for some reason, such as hidden mechanical damage, the repair will not be completed when promised, you will be notified immediately with a revised out date.
